We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.

Chicken salad on toast (for me) and chicken nuggets for Maxi. We both had some potato salad and macaroni salad.

Yum a very-little-cooking night!

We had ground beef rolled into small meatballs, cooked and then smothered in green beans, diced tomatoes and small shell pasta. It all simmered until the shells were cooked. Delish!

Yup, Carol is right: you can use any pasta your husband will eat. I just happened to have the very small shells on hand.

Oh and I forgot: Maxi made us chocolate pudding for dessert and I surprised him by adding the last of the whipped cream!

tonight I made supper just after the storms, and I was not convinced that anothert line was not going to come thru while I was cooking so it was a short & sweet meal for us

we had breakfast pork chops, (thin boneless chops) and parmesan noodles.
Then, for dessert, we had bread pudding that I had made earlier in the day.
Rod put whipped cream on his.
