I'm curious about these yellow branches . . . what kind of bush is it?

I'll do another pic of it in a couple of weeks - see what kinda' leaves appear.

They are Forsythia's Carly...they bloom the most beautiful yellow flowers...get your camera ready to snap pics later.

Forsythias? We HAVE forsythia's - the branches aren't yellow - the flowers are, of course.

Anyway, I took a twig of it - it's in a pot with other 'twigs' . . . I used hormone on their tips. Dunno' if they'll actually grow, but leaves sprouted on them, so it must be alive.
