The catkins on my pussywillow tree froze this spring. The tree isn't sprouting leaves...now in mid-June, but some of the branches still look green. Can it be saved?

I would prune off any parts of the plant that you KNOW to be dead (brown all the way through) and not give up hope. Pussy willows are pretty tough!
