I don't own snow tires.
I spent the day cooking. Good things have been happening for my freezer and for my fridges and for my belly. And probably even my soul. It is good for me to cook.

It is cold, brrr. Supposed to get into the 20's the next couple nights. We're are about to head out to see Harry Potter on the IMAX!!!!! See you all later, have a great night!

I have never been to an iMax theater. Heck, I've only been to theaters with more that one screen a couple of times. I wait for movies to be available in the comfort of my own home. And even then there are a short selection that I will watch.

You sound like me, Tina. Last time I went to a movie was almost 8 years ago. I'm doing good to watch a program on tv that lasts an hour...and I have to get up during the commercials and "do" something...I just have a hard time sitting still for very long.

I have not been to theater for well over 25 years. during the late 60's through early 70's, I often saw about every movie available.

so tell me---what IS a movie....

Good night all. A long day after a long night. I am zombie.

Good morning---we went to church last wednesday (a special deer hunter's service) & so were not going this morning. BUT, Val & Brian wanted to go to church with us, so go we will.

After church, I will be going to my MIL's Thaksgiving dinner at the facility where she lives. (I will not be eating)
After that Rod & I and perhaps Val & Brian will be going to the hospital with us to see daddy.

I should be back at some point this evening.

Good morning. Blizzards up above me on the mountains. When the clouds go away and we can see them they are going to be beautiful. Ski resorts are very happy. I need to turn on some heat around here. It has stuck at 41* for a couple of hours.

No, I don't particularly want snow here either, Barb. But we will get a dusting or two sometime this winter.

We are supposed to get some snow flurries today. Nothing that will stick though, thank goodness. It is cold, only 34 when I left for work and that was after 9am. Night time lows are expected in the 20's. Canada is giving it to us this time. Wish they'd keep it. I'm not feeling real super today. I don't have my stress reliever and am feeling generally burned out. I would love to try for a run/walk around the lake but I'm afraid to push it. Maybe just a nice long walk will be enough. Glad this is a short week and that I get 4 days off, boy do I need them.

OMG I'm tired,,,got the china hutch cleaned out all washed up and packed,, lawn furniture washed off all cd's and dvd's packed,, found a new home for my buffet table and entertainment center,, Cooked roast ,carrots and potatoes, cornbread, made a salad, did 4 loads of laundry 3 more to go,, washed all rugs blankets sheets and towels for the move,, packed most of the kitchen just left out what we need for the next 9 days,, cleaned out the deep freeze, disinfected it,, unpluged it and it's ready to move,, going to the computer room next, aka the catch ALL room I dread that room, But I'm going to tackle it and get it out of my way, WHEWWWWWWWWW anyone wanna come help?????
