Does that have kind of fleshy leaves? Not prickly like a pine?
It reminds me of a type of sedum, sort of.

Yes Tina, it did.. it was very soft to touch! Put me in the mind of a succulent.

I'm thinking it is one of the euphorbias. I am just not sure which type.

I have never heard of that before.

There are hundreds of kinds. You see one type in poinsettias every Christmas. And some look just like cactus varieties. One is called crown of thorns. But some look similar to your plant. Very much like a succulent.
I am hoping someone will come in and ID your plant. It sure is pretty.

Yes, I would like to know exactly what this one is... as I agree.. it is so pretty. And it was so soft! hehe I wonder what it will look like when it blooms.... or does it bloom? I thought it looked like it had little buds on the ends of some of the branches. I will be going back to this church in a couple weeks, so I hope to get another look at it. :)

it did look like buds on the ends of the branches and that is what turned my mind towards a euphorbia. I have looked online and am not seeing any exactly like it though. I would like pictures of the blooms too when that happens.

I will definitely post some if and when it does actually bloom. :)
