Thank yoiu for your help, Cheryl. I have tried the Mrs Dash---and I do not care for it---I looked around & I found a lemon pepper made my Lawry's that only has 80 mg of sodium in 1/4 tsp.--and others have hundreds in a serving. It has more pepper but hey, I cant aford to get too picky.

For most of my Salt Free seasoning I use Benson's I esp like the "table tasty" (a salt substitute) that they make. They are located in California. The web site would say if they are Gluten Free or not. I bought their Lemon pepper too--it is called "Zesty" but I do not care for it--If yoiu look and see that their spices are gleuten free I would be very happy to send yoiu that one so yoiu can taste it.

Their website says that all of their spices are salt free, sugar free, and gluten free. I wouldn't mind trying it but only if your mom doesn't want it. I know she is gluten free too.

1) yes Sadly I AM older than yiou, Cindy--but since I DID beat the widow maker---yes every birthday IS a blessing.

2) yes it is fun to go Christmas shopping--even if one is not spending a lot--& sometimes that is more fun, it is like an adventure---one goes out to find just the "right" bargain.---I really enjoy it !!!!

Thanks for thinking of my mom---but she likes to find her own spices & really does not use Lamon pepper anyway. I have told her about my spices & she is not interested. So send it to you I will---PM me your addy ok?? The one I have was from before you got married.

I thought it might be close to you, Tina----that would be great for me--I wish it were an hour away from me. However if I order a certain amount it is not so bad in shipping----

in all honesty I wonder if this isn't a small business that the lady operates out of her house, or at least just out of a smaller extra room. It takes severalk weeks to get an order, so I think the bvarious spices are made up as they are ordered. why

Good morning everyone--- I am off to get dressed and then to drive one of the last times to my DD's houe in Illinois. I think I said, today the Salvation Army is coming to get her stuff she is not allowed to take to her new DH's house (he is finiky & his stuff is newer & therefor better) From now on if I get to go to her house my DH will be taking me---uhuhh I so wish I were able to drive on 4 lane roads--( 4 lanes (or more) in 1 direction I mean.

have a good one guys---

Funny thing I should read this thread just now because I used Mrs. Dash Table Blend tonight in my stir fry.

That's one big boy Diane.

old It was another stormy day here, after yesterday's big storm..... yesterday we had 40 mph winds, 4 inches of rain and a half inch of hail at one point. Today is just really big rain and lots of wind.
Most of the leaves are off the trees now, anyway.

kilroy I had to post something here... this is like a friggin ghost town

Let the spirits awake you ........

We hate when our leaves are all down.. The trees are all grey an cold looking. Is why we live in the christmas tree capitol of the world. They keep Penna green in between.LOL

Sunny today , a bit nippy .. IS to be a nice week. I hope.

We have so many oak trees and if we don't move them from the house they pile up and bend over small trees. It's a big problem.

We do have a lot of shade and I like that. Wish I could bag these leaves and sell them. I'd be rich.
