A Bull Mastiff I presume?

Y yes Bill. A Bull Mastiff. Yesterday he tried to squeeze himself out of a tiny hole he chewed in our fence. Thankfully I was home and caught him before he got out. That's how his brother got killed about a month ago. We have a trainer and he is now wearing a shock collar. I started out on shock #1, which he feels because he shakes his head and looks around for whatever is stinging him, but he keeps on going. So I went up to #2, then #3, then #4, then #5 with the same response. At #6 he shook his head and whinned a bit so I've had to bump it up to #7 which almost turns him a flip but he's so stubborn that's the only way to get his attention. I called the trainer because I feel like I'm giving him electric shock treatments but as the trainer says "it's to keep him safe". Even at that he keeps going back to the hole in the fence. Johnny is going to fix it tonight but I'm still going to keep the collar on him for a while until he learns he can't get near the fence.

Thats sort of scarey.

We had ours on a long chain..But it sure messed up the yard. He was so strong he could pull my hubby.......So we had powerful stuff on him.

Hes gone too.

He did a lot better today. He's just stubborn as a mule. He was doing well before his brother got killed and that set him back to the beginning.

Think maybe Andy wants to chase girls????

Gosh I hope not. When he decides to do that this fence won't hold him.
