It does make me want to get out and plant more though.

Me too! I guess maybe that is why I brought the topic back up...

Good morning...enjoy that spring air Dodge.

Snow for the afternoon again, at least they are small storms. Hope everyone has a great day.

28*F here now--high of 51*F is expected..I too hope-hope.

I have a busy day today. My Uncle passed away yesterday & because of the funeral tomorrow & a family party we all have (it was already scheduled & cannot be changed as a pool in a hotel has been reserved for the kids) my oldest DD & her DH are either coming to stay with me or are staying with my youngest for the weekend. I really have no idea which, as her e-mail was not clear, so in the event she is coming here, I need to do some extra cleaning & shopping. Extra cleaning is never a bad thing I figure, right ?? why

I'll catch you all as I can.

Sorry about your uncle, Carol.

Cindy, thinking of you today and hoping everything goes well.

I've decided to cancel my appointment. I'll just have to ride this out like I do every year. The tanning beds do help as does making myself be productive.

Thanks Tina, I appreciate it--& as a rule I don't overdo--in fact I am so used to not over-doing that I probably could do more on a regular basis---so when things like this happen, I need to really hit it so to speak. rolz

as I clean my floors I realze that "someone" needs to get down on their hands & knees & scrub them good once by hand-- idea

maybe next week. why

The kids ARE coming here but they will stay tomorrow night only--which gives me tonight to finish the house up-- thumbup shewinks !!!

Busy, productive day today. Got six loads of laundry washed, two rounds at the grocery store, tanning, napping, cleaning, taking out trash, making dinner, hubby massage, then back to the store for bedding for the girls and treats. Feeling good today, hope tomorrow brings more of the same.

No. He has bad diarrhea and throwing up...just laying in the floor very lethargic. When I was on the phone with Sparta's doctor Sparta got up and ate a bite of dry food and then drank a few sips of water...vet said that was a good sign. He told me to give him a teaspoon of Pepto-Bismol and watch him closely, and to call if there is any change for the worse...he will meet me at the clinic then. I have cried all morning. I tried to give him the Pepto Bismol and he spit it out...I doubt if he even got 1/4 teaspoon in him.

PS....don't ever give your cats Pepto Bismol without consulting a veterinarian. He said the only reaason I could give it to Spartacus is because he is as big as a dog.

Thank you for the prayers...I don't think my mental health could stand if something happened to him. I would be lost. tears

Thank you...
Spartacus is still the same. Earlier I was such a basketcase I had to take one of those special "knock me on my @ss" pills. I went to sleep in the recliner and Sparta managed to get up between my feet and has been asleep ever since.

I just fed Lola and think I will go lay back down in the chair.

spent the day with my girls & their DH's. First we went to my Uncle's funeral, then the cemetary & the meal afterwards---then to my 2 year old great-niece's B-Day party. It was in a hotel with the use of the pool, which was why it could not be postponed--but I think it helped everyone with the whole day.

My oldest & her DH are spending the night & my youngest went home. I cannot sleep, so here I sit---- fidget

Best wishes for Sparticus

Tina has no sunshine to share today. But the warmth is relative. I have a cool 47*. Cool for me but I bet it would be welcome up there.
This will be a laundry day for me. And running computer scans to find where the slow down is in here.
