OH NOt Me!

My friend from AU posted it to face book.... ugh I would move so far away! LOL!

We had Nicoli here today- he had a reaction to some candy papa gave him yesterday- papa is in the dog house.. he feels so bad he gave it to him without thinking... so we told Nicoli to ask before her takes anything to eat.. does this have gluten and are you sure?

I am making a noodle casserole for us for dinner- I like one pot meals and I forgot to eat lunch so I am hungry! took my laundry room apart today to clean it - big job... now the laundry is going, almost done too .. so I accomplished something- cold day here it is rainy and been a dark day all day..
Well off to finish up our dinner... Sunny hope you hubby is better soon.. I had it a few yrs back and almost ended up in hospital - nothing to ignore... Cindy look for helping stories - not the destruction ones... people do help each other and that is what we need to watch and listen for...

Hi everyone. I had a really bad day today. I feel so defeated and rejected at work. It's got me really down tonight, and my back is hurting again too. I know things could be worse and I am thankful that I have a job. I can't wait to get started on schooling, at least I'll have a nice distraction that will be constant reminder of what I'm working towards.

Awww, sorry about that! Hope today is better. I remember crying in the bathroom a couple times at my old job on especially bad days. You have so many things outside of work going for you. I hope those things can fill your cup today and help you get through the day! Cheers ~Beth~ flwr clap kissie luv

Well, THAT stinks. Amazing what people will do. Belinda, please, you have to tell me about that cute piggie at the bottom of your posts. How do you do that? Are there other pictures? It makes me smile every time I see it. ~Beth~ oink

Beth, the little piggy is a line like you use on web pages. I have it loaded in my photobucket. I was changing it with seasonal lines, like for halloween, christmas, but got lazy lol so the piggy stayed.

yeah the blocks were way up in my yard too the had to carry them a good ways lol I called the police, they came out and wrote up a report and said they'll be watching for other building type materials to disappear. They were not eay to see from the road, I had some tin stacked in from of them and they got that too, just a couple sheets. Wasn't scrap people cause I had my old ac unit on top of them and it has copper pipes, probably worth more than the blocks.

I have camera's up in my yard but not over there, guess I'll be getting a new one for over there.

Cindy, I hope things are getting better......it does take time and it is good to look at all the silent heros after a disaster like you have experienced. When the tornado hit our town...6 years ago, now, it was pretty devistating for all, 2 dead and 1/3 or our towns folk were displaced. This is in a town of 1200. So everyone knew everyone who needed a place to live and the 2 who died. We had help from all over the state and from neighboring states as well. Keep smilin', remember the losses but live in the moment, be happy for all those that have pulled together. My continued prayers for all those aflicted by the recent tornados.

I am finally home! party

It was a downpour all the way to and from Lexington today...and I have such a hard time seeing when it's raining. I was scared to death on the interstate...I drove like a little old lady...had my face right up in the windshield thinking that would make me see better...lol

They have the video of my niece and my mom (after the tornado) online now...I'll post it in the tornado topic.

Glad you made it safe and sound, Cindy. I broke down and made an appointment for my back tomorrow. Just to make sure it's nothing serious and hopefully get some muscle relaxers to help it heal. The osteoporosis makes me nervous though. I'm sure I'm probably being paranoid but better to know that to wonder, right? We ordered dinner and it should be here any minute now, I wasn't hungry when I ordered but now my stomach is growling. Will probably watch Awake tonight and hit the sack early.

O.k. it was -4*F and within 24 hrs went to 59*F...it has flooded outside. What a mess. rspb

I will be busy for a bit....everyday another family member ends up sick, very sick. Every day another aunt or uncle ends up in the hospital it seems.

You can go walking in huge mud puddles, an not get out.. Mud is murder,
On the flat that must take forever to drain.
