I wish you happy dress hunting Diane..

Today we go shopping for the boys dress pants,shirts, shoes for the wedding,, should be fun

i was thinking about the wedding present and how they like to cook. maybe you could get them one of those e-readers like a kindle and load it up with free cookbooks for them

That's a good idea....I hate having to run back to the computer every minute to look at a recipe. I got one of those Kindle things but gave it to my daughter....now I wish I had kept it.

DOes she have a Kitchen Aid mix master? It is a must in every kitchen here.

Mine lasted so long. Still use it.

I like that idea, Barb..Even my DD has one--& she does not cook a "whole" lot--but she does make noodles & pies & such--she could not get by w/o her kitchen Aide mixer & it's attachements.

yep she got one and all attachments at her bridal shower,

O.k. no fair...all the baking I do and all I have is a new wooden spoon

me too Sunflower I just bought some new rubber spatulas

well ladies if it makes you both feel any better, I do not have one either. and I do not even have a new wooden spoon or new rubber spatulas.

But the people who do have them, really love them

Good News,,,, I found another "after wedding evening Party" out fit,,( the other one was stolen in my Home Burglary) . This one is also a deep red, also has "fly away" pants like in the picture above, No jacket like the one above But the top is similar to the jacket and blouse put together . It also has beading in Gold in the front and has "sheer" long sleeves,, honestly I really like it better than the one that got stolen, Because I won't have to "keep up with a jacket" cuz I'm sure I'll would have had to take the jacket off after a dance or so, ,,
Now I won't have to wear the dress for the wedding all day and all evening, Yea Now to go buy a more comfortable shoe to dance in,

BTW,,, I'm just gonna give cash,, they have everything they need, and it may take a while into the wedding before they discover more things they want,,
I'm just gonna keep posting in this thread for all the wedding events and pics,, No sense in starting another one just for the wedding day,,

Whewwww We have bought everything we are going to buy. Tomorrow we start packing,, we are leaving Tues for Kansas. I'm Not a last minute packer, I pack everything we need except the dress clothes for the wedding, they are all in garment bags and will lay across the luggage in the trunk. With Three kids and my self, I need to get a jump start on the packing.
A week from today Ambroja will be married :ding:

would you believe I got everything for ALL of us in one suitcase,, of course it's the largest suit case
when I went to see Bill and Cindy in WA,, I had 3 suite cases,and it was just ME,,, Ummmmm I've learned to cut back on things not necessarily needed,, but just in case.
I have one cloth shopping bag for all the toiletries stuff and that's it besides garment bags, ,, never too old to learn

Glad you made it safely Emmy sure missis you as you can see by the pics I sent I told her smile for mommy and she did such a sweet heart. Enjoy everything.

we are about to go to the wedding rehersal,, it's been very busy here. SO many last minute things to do WOW she had 2 pages of things to do. I only have my camera phone to use so when I get back I'll load some of those.

Thanks Lynne, in the above picture her two daughters as JR brides on the stairs and her son standing next to the the best man. She sang to Tim as she was walking up the aisle , everyone was in tears, her father and I walked her down the aisle I didn't lose it until I looked up and saw TIM and His Father the Pastor both crying all you could hear at the end of the song was sniffles through out the entire church, her song is beautiful, she wrote her self and set soft piano music to it.

Thanks Dodge, Julian was well behaved the entire time. I was a little concerned about the length of day he had but he handled it very well! From 2 pm to Midnight he was a perfect little gentleman, very proud of him!.

When Rachel and Jeremy got married I was standing up with her and boo-hooing like a big baby.

only time I teared up is when the pastor and Tim cried when towards the end of Broja's song,, I promised her I wouldn't Boo HOO,, and I kept my promise :ding: This was Broja's day so I refused to make a spectacle of my self with boo hooing
