I only know about the specialized attorneys because I have a family member using one. I do know the attorneys are especially fond of cases where people have gotten SS before and been cut off. All of the medical stuff is already on the record and doesn't need proving again. Just that it is ongoing. And all of the other info is already there too.
Keep on trying, Cindy. No matter how nasty they are.

Good luck.

Guess that's what I will have to do....I obviously can't do it on my own.

I am emotionally, mentally and physically drained.....this day has taken a toll on me.
I am going to take my pill and try to sleep.

Thanks my friends for letting me vent about this here....

Hoping you got a good nights sleep Cindy..I am so sorry for this process you have to go through. I am praying it resolves itself quickly kissie

Had an extremely long day with my mom yesterday..I hope when I get old and crazy someone just puts me in a home. lol

We have been getting more sun than rain, although it still manages to sprinkle throughout the day..hoping to get more outdoor chores done.

Got myself a new set of kitchen taps yesterday half price, mine were in bad shape and in need of replacing since last year. They were on clearance because they are 'no longer in style' haha ya because like my water knows the difference. One more thing crossed off the 'honey-do-it-myself' list thumbup

Oh I like that "honey-do-it-myself- list" How Rod would love being married to you.

he is one of those "Don't remind me every 6 months about what you want" kind of person...if he does not want it done, you will likey wait & wait---if on the other hand "he" wants it done, it will happen yesterday

Lordy I want a cup of coffee & a good nap so badly---But, I have fasting blood work this morning...

I guess I should get going--eveyone have a good morning

Have fun with your grandbaby today, Sunny.
Good morning. A busy running day with my adult children today. Well, all of my children are technically adults now. But I keep leaving Ted out of that mix. Jonni turns 21 on Saturday. She has a trip planned to Vegas in a couple weeks. Fun. Today we are taking her car to the shop.

Good morning. Happy Friday to all.
My stew was good. Only two of us ate any so there will be leftovers tonight. The potatoes will be finished off and the rest frozen for future meals. I think in small increments to be eaten over mashed or baked taters.
Today will be more shopping for my youngest daughter's birthday. She has been unhelpful as to gift ideas and I had something pop into my head yesterday.

I have a big pot of soup simmering from all the good stuff my neighbors and family have given me. It smells so good.....

I am crying right now....my neighbor is mowing my yard again....third time in a row. I went out and told him I was going to get my mower out and help, and he told me to get back in the house. He is so sweet...same age as Rachel and has been such a blessing to me. Just makes me cry to have such good neighbors that help me so much...his mom brings food pretty often. I seem to always luck out and have good neighbors.

Cindy, you DO have wonderful neighbors, that is so nice of them to help you like they do...
I think that is a wonderful idea that Tina has. and if ya have some old barn wood available somewhere to use to paint on, that is even better. People are paying good prices for such as that now a days. I am sure that the neighbors would be so thrilled. Tina you had a great idea there..

Ouch, Cindy. You do have to take care of yourself.
Good morning. Today my youngest daughter turns 21. There is a party in her near future. I have bought her first legal bottle of Jack Daniels. She should be around to collect her booty sometime today.
The est of my day will consist of laundry and house cleaning chores. Not very exciting.

He is so sweet, Cindy.
Yes, I have been buying her occasional bottles for a couple of years with provisos. At home or on the ranch with friends, no driving, etc. She has been fabulous about it. Very trustworthy and sensible.
I know that an all out ban will not work and can cause a lot more issues than not. Not that I'm speaking from personal experience, or anything. blush

Thank you. Jonni had a pretty good birthday and is still enjoying it at a party on the ranch next door. She liked her gifts and liked the check I gave her even more.
I cleaned a lot of house this morning. I'm tired and thinking bedtime thoughts already.

Don't overdo your day, Sunny.
Good morning. Sundays are my day to get my kid ready for the new school week. And fresh bedding for everyone. Fun stuff like that.
I will also be Isaac watching. And maybe some football in between not-so-fun vacuuming. I am very grateful to have a vacuum though. When I was a kid, every household had a rug beater in their broom closet. This was an essential tool for transferring your household dust to your neighbors' coffee tables. I still do some of this but cannot find a decent beater. An old tennis racket is a pretty good substitute though.

So I guess that's where the phrase comes in "Make hay while the sun shines"?

Geez...I was up for awhile and thought I had gone crazy again, but turns out I'm not.
*big sigh of relief*

Ugh I woke up with a bad sinus headache and stuffy nose,, Feel like crapp this morning badday

with this headache I still have to go find two blue and 2 yellow glossy no brad pockets only folders for school, I've been every where from staples to walmart to office depot NOONE has them in yellow and blue,, Last chance going to find them IF I can't then I'm just going to get other colors and the teacher will have to suck it up and get over it,, cuz at least he will have 4 folders, rspb why do they have to be so picky in color,, My neighbor has a child in the same grade she can't find those colors either,, well at least 2 students will have the wrong color lol

sorry about the headache, Diane---I think the color has to do with color co-ordinating for each class. if she wants certain colors an easy way would be for her to order them & then each child could buy one from her---This might even be cheaper as she could buy in bulk...

I wish you luck...I am so happy my girls are raised...it must cost a fortune to send kids to school in today's world, and I am talking public school when I say . zoink
