Good morning...
I've spent the last hour trying to catch a Chickadee that found its way into the house. I'm afraid it is too warm in here for him, so I've had both doors open and the heat shut off.
I wish it would hurry up and get light outside so he might decide to go out... kilroy

Good luck with the little Birdie, Bill----I bet it is cold in your house, huh ???

it rained last night--& The weather lady said it was going to rain again later today---High was 58 yesterday, so far today, it is 45 here, with an estimated high of 53--we shall see.

I just went out & took my DD's potted lilac bush indoors to the garage--we will hope that I did not wait too late---although I have left it out all year before so I think I am OK. next I will take my strawberry plants & put them in the garage as well. They have3 been in the diningroom so they could get sun.

Today I am finally home all day so I am going to take down the Christmas Tree. fidget

Oh boy.. Well Bill maybe he likes your house! LOL
Hope he decided to head out! That is so scary when they do that, I get birds in the garage in the summer if someone does not close them upon returning home.
I can open all three doors and the pass door and it takes them a while to figure it out.

Bill--glad you can have your heat back on--- thumbup

Kim, we have problems with hummingbirds in the summer--they fly in the garage & then cannot figure out to get out.

I have tried everything but usually I just put a feeder close to one of the open doors then then just wait--a butterfly net did work one time.......

Sunny glad to see you, I hope you are feeling better...

I don't get many birds trapped inside but I do get bats.
My weather has run the gamut today beginning with heavy fog, rain, sunny and warm down the hill, heavy rain, hail and then snow. And all before noon. I'm thinking of a nap.

Hi all, just checking in... been out twice already today- took JP to work. then went and picked up Nicoli- he couldn't make it at school so took him home to Carrie.. she had Senika extra this morning and I had carseat so she couldn't go get him... I am on my way back there now... with heating pad for nicoli to see if that will help his poor tummy- he has and ultra sound tomorrow so we will see what that shows... Derek has his homeschool today so will be there till 6 or so ... doesn't give me much time to get anything done here but did get bills paid atleast...
Good Day all-!

In 1983 we had 3 feet of snow that stuck around for 3 weeks... but that was an extreme. Normally, we get about a foot, once or twice a year. I've never had a snow blower... kilroy

Feeling well enough to sit up and type a bit. Doing better but not by much. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon. Not sure there's much they can do but I need a note for work anyway so we'll see.

I've never even seen a snow blower but assume it's much like a leaf blower? We have lots of those out here. The snow looks pretty but I'm glad it's up there.
