Brrrr, Sunny. That is not good.
Good morning. It is more than 10 degrees cooler than yesterday morning. But nothing like so many of you are having. We will probably see a dusting of snow on Friday night or Saturday morning. A dusting is all I want to see. We need rain. So no complaints.

Thank God I have a headshrinker appointment today....

Sunny, surely kids don't have to stand at a bus stop when it's that cold.

My mother never saw a bobcat in her neighborhood but I'm not sure if they stay in hiding or what, but now they see coyotes all the time. The neighbors horses have been attacked by coyotes. It wasn't a good decision.

Its cold here and snowing like crazy....definitely have to go out and use my little snow blower, Brad can do the rest when he comes home.

I was in Toronto all day yesterday, so its errands for me today around town and have 1 delivery to do too.

Thanks Bill, its snowing like crazy here, they've shut down a ton of schools across Ontario, including College's and Universities....havent heard though if Kaits university is closed yet.

Bill - it just started snowing with GINORMOUS flakes falling fast! I have a doctor's appointment mid-morning 1/2 hour's drive away in NJ. I really need to go to this doctor, as I've been putting it off due to helping all my family members, so I am very mixed about the appointment. They told me to call at 8:30 to see if they will be there. Half of me doesn't want them to be , but the other wants to get on with the appointment already .

Flakes are much smaller now, but the overall snow is denser. My appointment is on, so I am going. I'm taking sidestreets all the way, so as not to have to deal with the idiot drivers on the highways.

No snow here---I think we are to get rain and or storms this weekend--but I have not heard of any snow falling here yet.

Cindy spent a long day at the doctors office yesterday. She had to go back there again today, but will check in later.

I am home. The snow has been coming down steadily since I left. The roads in NJ were much worse than when I got back into NY. I would guess we've gotten about 4-5 inches so far. The worst is yet to come tonight and they are expecting a total around 18 inches.

I got cut off by an a$$ who turned left out of a shopping center, over 2 lanes and then drove in front of my car immediately in front of me on a downslope. They then proceeded to slide all over the road in an attempt to stop at the red light. I had to break unexpectedly and also did a bit of sliding - thankfully I was driving slowly due to the weather, unlike other idiots out there. Of course the car behind me was way too close to me, so he had to slide off to the side. Thankfully there was not an accident, but it certainly caused some frazzled nerves!!!

That is just amazing, We got a foot of snow yesterday and last night! Most snow we have had in 2 winters. But it is pretty and was sunny all day.
Amazing.

We have flakes in SoCal. Not really sticking here yet. But some roads around are closed. It could be interesting if it continues through the night.
It is making it difficult for the manhunt for a killer in the local mountains.

It must be global warming....
I hope they get that [BLEEP] soon!

And my snow is sticking now. It doesn't feel like we had a complete winter without a decent dusting of snow. But I am always glad to see it leave again shortly.
I also hope they get the guy soon. Our cops have gone nuts shooting at innocent people. They need to be held accountable too.

That killer was in my son's neck of the woods. Leaves me very unsettled!

we are having storms coming up but just thunderstorms and quarter size hail , nothing like they've gotten up north.
I have been feeling a lot better since I've finished the two antibiotics , and steroids. I'm on another blood pressure med, and Doc upped mgs of two of my existing meds. I can tell the difference But still have a bronchial cough, and still have to take breathing treatments daily.
I've started the new Position at work, mannn there is a lot to learn, and talk about multitasking. I hope I can do it.Since I've not done anything but the Lab work for over 20 years,, computer work and customer relations , scheduling over 200 cases per day, sending drivers out for pick up and delivery, as well as a multitude of other tasks can be a challenge. We'll see,, I can always go back in the lab if I want to, so at least I have an option.

I pray no one else gets killed and the guy is caught quickly!

Diane, you are a smart woman--I am sure with time you will get a good handle on the new job, and then make it your own. sounds like the new meds are doing right by you, very good to hear. Take care.

Gone and done it again. Typed up a post and instead of hitting submit I hit go. Coming down with a cold again. Foot isn't getting much better, going to the doc on Monday and I'm sure she'll order an MRI. Lynne, glad you made it safe. I avoid driving in the snow out here. People don't know what they're doing but they act like they do and it isn't good for anyone. Stay safe all of you up north in the path of the storm. Part of me is a little jealous as I've never seen a major snow storm before and I do love storms. I do realize how dangerous they can be and hope everyone the best. I hope Cindy is doing ok. Glad she has someone to talk to. Tina, I'm like you. I don't mind when it snows a little as long as it doesn't last. Snow is very unusual for you, isn't it? I also have no idea who this guy is you're talking about. I find it's easier to not be angry and depressed at the world so much if I'm out of touch of on those types of current events. My brain is finally starting to act like a normal persons brain, for the most part. Still have some work to do and it will always be a struggle but things are so much better and for that I'm thankful.

We do get snow about once a year, Cheryl. If it sticks for more than a few hours, it is unusual. It is fun to see the snow on the cactus out in the dessert though.

Good morning. My snow is half gone. I wish it would take the chill away with it. We will survive though.

good morning,, I think I'll make carrot cake cookies today since it's supposed to rain hard all day, matter of fact I'm getting the boys in the kitchen and show them how to do it. One thing I've learned with the boys,, at first they resist getting in the kitchen with me once I get them in them in there,they are excited to learn and DO it them selves even the 6yr old.

Good morning !! High of 46 today--no rain and no snow predicted--(or so they say)

I am going to go grocery shopping with my sister toda7 & possibly my mom is going along too. Then this evening, DH & I will go shopping to buy him some shoes.
