Hey everyone. Been trying to keep myself busy. DH and the kids were gone most of the day so I did laundry, baked bread, baked a cheesecake, made a new recipe to eat for dinner tomorrow, and went to the gym and biked for almost an hour. Miss you guys, I need to stop by here more often.

I am at C's ,Nicoli is sick today. And Jon is at work today so I need to take care of him here,and take Derek to school for a while for his specials then back home for the homeschool teacher. Full day of being on Nana duty.

We are supposed to be in the 60's today and then drop to the 30's and snow about 9-12 inches the next few hours. Gotta love spring in the Rockies. We need it though so it will be good. ,so will try not to complain to much.

Good morning. Still morning here for another hour. Got up and went swimming early this morning. Set my day off to a good start. Co-worker called in so I'm doing double duty at work today. Still cold and wet here. Joey turned 14 yesterday. How did these kids get so old so fast?

Kids do grow unless you stop feeding them, Cheryl. And that is not a good idea. :wink: My little Teddy is going to be 19 next month. It is hard to fathom.

Cheryl I blinked my eyes and Tre went from 5'9" to6'4" seems like over night, so yep they grow up fast he will be 16 in Nov,, seems like he was just 8 yrs yesterday

Ambroja is throwing her Youngest Daughter a " Art Gallery" themed Birthday Charity fund raiser Party this Saturday in a community center.
Isabella Loves Art, and has some of her Art Framed now. There will be 10 girls with easels and paint, Frames, scrapebooking decor',costume jewelery, loads of 3D items to Frame with their art work. Each Girl is to make Three pieces of Art. Some of Ambroja's Adult Church members as well as Family, and Friends are going to make Bids on all the art,
All money raised will go to Isabella Charity of Choice which Alzheimer research ,,
Isabella watched my Mom, Her Greatgrandmother go thru the process and is compelled to help Alzheimer Patients in any way she can. Such compassion for a 10 yr old!
I really wish I could be there . Ambroja managed to get two volunteers from Jo-Ann Crafts to assist with the framing, with donated backing and teaching to make 3d pictures. Anyone that wants to participate in the art work for Bidding is welcome to jump in. Sounds like a Wonderful Memory for Isabella, as well as teaching her about how fund raising for charities are important. I've never heard of this type of a BD party, I think it's wonderful! No worries I'm sure she'll get lots of BD Presents too

They do grow up really fast .. I remember when my son was 14 or so.. he went to visit his great grandmother with my Mom , I bought him new jeans to take... he was gone 3 weeks.. came home and they were 5 inches to short... and he needed new shoes too.. every 6 weeks or so... didn't think his feet would ever quit growing... his oldest son is over 6 ft too... our Joseph will be 19 next month too Tina.. he is just under 6 ft too...

That birthday party sounds wonderful to me... so many people try to have the fanciest party for kids and they don't care... the idea of doing it for charity is so neat..... and what a way to teach ..... and have fun at same time...

I just heard on the news that our high was 67 today and tomorrow it will be 24.... LORD! no wonder I feel like a truck hit me.... when it changes so fast like this it just does me in....
Joe brought home fried chicken and tater salad for dinner... so I didn't have to cook even... I am ready for bed too... just may go pretty soon.... though a hot bath first is sounding good too....

Good afternoon all.

just popping in before pool time

Went to the docs. He said it was probably little bits of plaque that were breaking off and going up into the brain and causing problems until they desolved.

He said to try a baby asprin regime until I talked to my regular doctor. So no tumor or anything like that. I'm glad it's such a simple explaination and solution.

He also said to try hypno-theraphy for the problem taking pills. Another good solution.

We also discussed what the goals of the treatment were going to be. He is still pushing for medication and I'm still pushing against it.
