I left to take Teddy to school at 7 am. I dropped him off, banked, dropped my van for its checkup and oil. I walked to Home Depot and made some Christmas gift purchases. I picked up my vehicle and had about 3 hours to kill before picking up Ted again. Half an hour from home. I was afraid if I went home, I'd just want to sleep because I was up so early. So I cruised a few stores and stopped for some lunch before I went to school. I was there early so I sat in on his speech class with him. We are home and my junk is all put away. It is officially nap time.

I have to be organized or it would be chaos here. There boys were not used to organization ,or structure, or routine, but over time they all have now become aware that with out planning and organization we all would be spastic, with no direction.
Tomorrow we will have Icecream and cake and open presents, This weekend I will take him to a Urban Trampoline park where we all can bounce around,, His Choice

been up since 3:30-----Dogs were on the prowl, and mine wont eat so his stomach was growling---not to mention I have a cold...

OH he would get along with our boys well... they all have homemade shields and swords... bucket lids with old door handles and foam swords from pool noodles... Timothy just did a presentation about the Spartans and has his bros playing Sparta most days...LOL!
Looks like the birthday was a success and you did good job... we have 3 birthdays in May.... !Glad you all enjoyed it... !

Okay it is May 1st and we have 8 inches of wet heavy snow out there... it is 30* and supposed to go down to 15* tonit.... UGH! it was 80* day before yesterday...!

I am so ready for summer.... where is it? sure hope this is winters last hurrah!

Oh well.... spent day at Carrie's .. our Joseph flew to San Antonio for his girlfrends graduation from AF bootcamp... he was so excited and tried not to show it ... so funny... got a haircut and new clothes too...LOL!

I got Nicoli to go to school today.. had to take him late but that is better than not at all... he had a good day so hope he will go again tomorrow... he just is so tired from this stomach thing... though he is a little better now... the meds wear him out though... can't win with this ..

Well off to fix dinner and hit my bed early.. I am tired... cleaned at Carrie's while I was there...orange chicken and fried rice for dinner tonit...

Carol I feel better.but now have this nagging cough,, and still have a bit of a runny nose, but the sinus pressure is gone. Carol can you take Coricidin I use that , really helps
Or call your DR office and ask them what they recommend over the counter.

no wonder we are getting sick 85 yesterday and going back to the 30's tonight with highs in the 40's today with patchy rain

Tina, I was wondering how the stove pipe work went? We have to get a sulker chimney set up made this summer as well...I heard they are $$$$.

Good morning. Howling winds outside today.

It is very expensive. Often the stove pipes are a little more than the wood stoves themselves. Not sure what a sulker chimney is. I got triple wall stuff for mine. I spent about $1000 on just the outside parts. But was able to return a couple of parts I did not need. So about $700 in the end.

Yes, I know about Coricidin, but it is a antihistamine & that can bring on seizures in someone prone---I have not used them since I was 13....and then, I have spoken to my Dr, and other than a cough syrup and tylenol, I am pretty much done..

feeling like I "may" live today---I really need to go get my dogs medication, poor thing can barely walk. we shall see how I feel in a while here.

wow I was looking to see who was one line and I saw someone was reading My Willy Village stories,, Kinda miss my stories,, but just haven't been inspired to write any more,, Still it's nice to see they are still being read.
