Is that applique

Should be sweet
Are you doing it by hand?

Yes it is applique. It is an iron on transfer that I will then satin stitch around each piece to reinforce it and to cover the raw edges. No I won't be hand sewing or quilting it. At least that isn't the plan at the moment.
