I froze peaches an apples too for pies an an apple sauce an whatever...Love apples Lots of blossoms this spring that didn't freeze so I am hoping lots of apples. Sis an I love sauce an pies when the kids were home, I froze apples & peaches for pies,(I would make the filling & freeze it in portions for 1 pie each.) I made & froze applesauce (I think Lodi apples are the best for that.) I would get fresh corn on the cob, blanch & cut it off & freeze enough for 1 meal in freezer seal-a-meal bags. I measured (in a 14 oz can) & froze tomatoes for cooking, and zucchini for casseroles. I also made sweet breads when items like zucchini were in season, and froze them. (I also liked to do this with Amish friendship starter. And then I could pull out one when we needed/wanted them. That was esp. great when there was an unexpected death & I wanted to take the Family something I would make jam when I had blackberries come into season, and then as we didnt go thru it very fast, I would also take blackberries, make juice, & freeze enough in each container to make seperate batches of blackberry jam fresh. So we had the makings whenever we ran out. I would also freeze any extra blackberries loose on cookie sheets, then transfer them to freezer bags frozen so I could take out what I wanted any time I wanted just to eat or use in a recipe. But now with just the 2 of us, I don't do as much of that, plus we moved into town & no longer have access to our wonderful fruit.

My favorite food cart has two hot sauces, one is called the "Ginger Rage" sauce, it's the hottest sauce I've ever had, but then again I had enough for 3 sandwiches on one sandwich lol... The other is a really tasty habanero sauce.
