Gee I thought only me lazied around in my fluffy flannels of bed wear.. They are soo comfy.

Gosh I live around a bunch of folks who wear makeup all day, hair done weekly or wear wigs..........I aren't the type at all. Country girl mostly shorts an sweats here. never been in a beauty parlor in my life.
Money down the drain I say with cosmetics an hair do. We aren't getting discovered are we?

Good morning. That is a good night's sleep, Carol. I woke before my alarm.
Yes, Dodge, it is sure a money savings to do for yourself. Good for you.
I think we are ready for our week. I'm looking forward to it all.

Good morning....again.... shewinks I went back to sleep & caught 2 more hours--it was fantastic !!

My headache is still here---I think it is sinus congestion, and I am not allowed to take a decongestant--(which by the way would fix me right up)

Hairdressers---well my sister, my DH's cousin & my good friend are all beauticians---so I get cut rates. I dont do it often, but I do not cut mt own hair (I agree with Sheri on that) and since my hair is so thin, that if it really matters for an occasion, such as a family wedding, I will get it done. Usually just wash it & go though.

Barb, My sister and my one friend, are like you describe the ladies around you. Seems too time consuming to me...

Good morning everyone. Sitting at the dealer, waiting for my car to be serviced. I'm early so it's going to take over an hour. Boo. At least I brought my computer. I've been trimming my own hair for a while now, or my MIL used to trim it for me. I'm supposed to get my hair cut by a friend today. Thinking of cutting off quite a bit and going for mid length instead of long. Haven't confirmed with her yet though. I woke up earlier than I needed to but thankfully was able to fall back asleep for a little while longer.

Ted and I went and deposited a check before school. Then after I left him, I did two stores on the way home. I have a pot roast in the crock with onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers. I have one more store (that is not open so early) to do before I pick Teddy up from school again.
It is a good day already.

I've cut my hair plenty of times. It seems like if I start then I can't stop for a while and after a month or two it's all out of whack. I try to not even think about starting. My hair is thick, wavy, and curly and I just can't make it look half way right after I start cutting on it.

Cheryl, are you still running?

It's beautiful here today. Just enough of a nip in the air. I've got to get out to the little green house and water my seeds.

I am still running, not nearly as much as I should. I have a half marathon and a marathon coming up in December and January. I plan on running later this afternoon.

My hair is thin and easy to cut. It's a bit wavy so if I don't get it exactly even no one can tell.

Hi all, nice to see it so busy in here.

I cut my own hair as well...usually get it cut once a yr at the hairdressers though. I like how she thins it out. I'm just cheap lol

Took grandbaby for Xmas pics today...it doesn't get any easier no matter how old they get.

Funny. I don't loan my car. Even to my own kids. I made sure they got a starter car and everything beyond that was up to them. Jonni still drives her starter car 5 years later.
Ted will be the exception to that. I can't even get him to drive a golf cart.
Dinner is good here tonight. And there will be leftovers for a couple of days.

YAY for leftovers, Tina....

I am still driving my car 13+ year later.....'

We got our Girls their first cars too, even if the second girl wrote a check as large as her dad's so she could get a newer, better first car...but oh well, she worked for the money so it was hers to do as she saw fit....

Just back in to check with everyone....and to update my Graphics.

Not real happy with the free Photobucket---I guess one cannot edit any of their graphics w/o "upgrading" ??? I found a really cute Precious Moments Pilgrims graphic but it was too big (to my notion) to put in my signature line

OOPS, I missed Tina: G'nite Tina--Sweet Dreams...

Good morning, rise and shine..calling for rain now instead of the snow we were supposed to get. grin and I am glad.

I have a day off today so I will spend it cleaning and baking. Yup, that's what 'day off's' are for I guess lol

Good morning. I am glad the snow is holding off for you, Sunny. We are windy and it will get warm today.
I am up way too early. I may turn off the alarm and head back to bed. I am not sure yet.
