Anyone have any idea what is eating the leaves on the snowball bush?

Dodge--here are some ideas to look into:

snowball and bean aphids, (2 types)
flower thrips,
scale and spider mites. (2 types)
Snowball aphids

look each up on the computer & see if any of the above fits what is going on with your bush.

I'm thinking you have grasshopper damage--that's about the only pest tough enough to damage a viburnum. Usually they've moved on by the time you see the damage.

Could be grasshoppers??
