I hope Teddy feels better soon too... seems like it is the season to get bugs and assorted other stuff...

Carrie is now in hospital, they had to find a room for her in one- so many people have the flu here... don't know what the plan is yet for her but at least she can be kept comfortable now... she took her oxycodone and it didn't even touch the pain for her... and she had severe nausea so it's the best place for her...

We have boys... so Jon can stay with her, Joe went to store to buy stuff for dinner for them- they requested steak and mashed potatos... those I have = he is buying them some cheap steak - LOL! they may be spending the night here- good thing we just bought new airbeds for them... and sheets to go on them...

Well off to boil some taters... I may go to hospital later on - I know they won't let boys in ... not with flu going around... but Joseph Paul wants to go so will go with him ... it's going to be a long weekend I think...

Enjoy your grandson vacation Carol- think I will be having one too but with 3 big boys.....LOL!

I hope that Carrie feels better soon...or that the Drs. help her feel better soon. Prayers being said here for Carrie.

I do not know if I will have Luke for a "Vacation" or not--and probably not now, as My oldest is coming tonight to spend the weekend to go to both the things we have going on.

BUT that means that I will get to spend the weekend with one of my other Grandsons, Henry..(Valarie's boy)

So either way I get to have Grandsons here...so YAY !!!

I am saying prayers for Carrie as well.
And it is nice that you get to have grandson time as well, Carol.
Teddy is much better. Thank you for your well wishes.

Thank you all for the prayers... she is sleeping now and Jon came and got boys- they had to give her a lot of drugs to get rid of pain for her , hopefully she will pass it on her own.. it's bigger than they said before ... but said it wasn't to big to pass...

Well I am worn out now... and I am going to head for my pillows and get some sleep... will be a long day tomorrow too I think.

Valarie & henry got here about 30 minutes ago. Brian was on a week long business trip & he met them in St. Louis for supper, but then headed home.

So I will have more Valarie & henry time than I thought this weekend..YAY

Good morning, afternoon for most of you. This is my second time up today. I think this time it will stick.
I have plans to do laundry today. Maybe to go out and shop. We'll see.

Well we got back from the Funeral & then going to see my MIL earlier this afternoon. We all, including Henry, took a nap.

When we got up, I went to pick up Micah's Baptism cake for Tomorrow, and then stopped at a Restaurant & picked up supper.

Henry is currently settling down & will soon be to sleep.

It has been a full day.

Henry & I are having Breakfast just now...

Good morning. I am going to have coffee and maybe some breakfast in a bit. But I have no Henry to share it with. You are a lucky grandmother.

We had a major wind event overnight. Power was out for several hours and at least one big tree down in the yard. I haven't ventured out to see what other damage may have been done yet because it is still blowing and raining hard.
At least the power is back on so I can watch the Seahawks beat the Packers today!
