Good morning. I've got to go out today and get some bread. I don't like to go out on weekends but I must get bread. We've been putting away a lot of sandwiches lately.
So today we will also be getting ready for school tomorrow.

I went out and bought bread while my sheets were washing. I came home and piddled around the house and now the bedding is all fresh and clean for the week. That feels good to have it done and will feel extremely good tonight when I crawl into them.
On to the next thing. Teddy really needs a haircut.

Well, I forgot to come in & say goodnight. I really must stop reading posts in my e-mail. Apparently when I read them I think I was on AGH and have answered.

Went to church today, then to see my MIL then to eat lunch. Then for something different, we went to Rural King. Home now, going to make a list & get some outdoor stuff done as it is supposed to rain all week.

I cut Teddy's hair and mine. We are all fed and bathed and zoning for the next hour or so. We have a chance of rain for a few days this week. I hope we do. Our drought isn't over.
I'm going to zone until bedtime. Sweet dreams all.

Colby's been in the hospital 5 weeks and I feel like I'm living in a fog. He's getting better but it's taking forever. I know it could be worse.

Colt's birthday is tomorrow. Can't believe it's been 5 years.

Colt will be 5 ?? is there anything special being done to celebrate?? OR will they wait until Colby is feeling better ?

I am so happy that Colby is doing better. Remember, Grandma, slow but sure wins the race.

I was typing in my FB messenger & my while page got suddenly larger--tried al my tricks & nothing worked. so I finally found a place to ZOOM back to 100% and it is better but not exactly like it was---but it is what it is.

I SO want windows XP back that was VERY user friendly, at least to me it was. AND Microsoft works came on my computer.

OK going to sleep now--sweet dreams everyone.

I've been up awhile and a mess of times during the night. But I think I slept enough between. So we are off to school today.

I have been busy this morning. Letters made out & mailed, supper in the crock pot, laundry in the washer and dryer, to name a few.

I think I will go and drink my coffee & see what the weather is supposed to do today.

We got a surprise rain in the night last night. It was nice.
I took a long nap today and needed it. I doubt I will have any trouble sleeping tonight either. I don't have much umph to do much tonight.

And we got more rain tonight. These rains were not on our 7 day forecast. They do have chances from wed through Fri. So it was a pleasant surprise. We still need more water here.
I'm getting ready to go to bed. I'm cold and the blankets will feel good tonight. Sweet dreams all.

It was supposed to rain today but it did not so I ran some errands & found some items I have bene looking for, for awhile now.

It was supposed to storm tonight, but all is quiet so far.....

I will soon pack my DH's lunch for tomorrow then go to bed I guess..
Tomorrow is Ceramics Day & it is my turn to buy the donuts...

I have been busy...between my parents they have about 30 siblings, add their spouses and family and it seems that there is always a funeral to attend. I have been busy the past two days helping an aunt who had extended family arrive for such. She hasn't been feeling well so I have been doing what I can for all of them. It feels good to be back home.

My snow is melting and I am thinking of turning up sod and adding to my garden plot....maybe I can get a start on that today.

I've got a small roast in the crock along with a bunch of root veggies. Dinner is going to be good tonight.

I went to "Taco Tuesday" for lunch today. I think I may just skip supper. Rod will get left-over stir fry tonight.

I am currently waiting for the storm with heavy/large hail to come. I hope it changes it's mind--but it is sounding like I will not change it's mind.

Tina I'm glad you're getting a little rain. We could use a few drops right now.

Colt's birthday was yesterday. I can't believe it's been 5 years. We're going down there on Thursday. I'm so tired I'd rather not go but how do I not go to his birthday party. I'll be glad I did once I get there. I feel like Colt told his teacher the other day when she tried to make him participate "I need some alone time".

We all need some alone time now and then, Sheri. That's cute that he said it, though.

Yesterday I spent the day hand cutting, shaking and removing sod from a 80 square foot expansion in my garden......today I have a hard time to move. I guess in due time I will have to give in and get a small tiller.

It's Wednesday and going on the downhill slide in this week. We are to get rain today but later so I will make the school runs.

Hope everyone has a great day. We could use some rain. Why does it happen that way? Rains every day when I don't have the garden planted but when the carrots needs a little water - nothing.

Good Morning ! I see failed to come in last night & say goodnight. SMH I guess since I do it most every night, I guess I think I have said goodnight when sometimes I have not.

OH MY, sore muscles, Sunny..I am so sorry. Yes Epsom salts are wonderful.
There are even lavender scented salts. Also,
slow and easy wins the race, all the outside work does not need to be accomplished in one day after all. But I understand that once one starts the outside work it is hard to stop. We have all been there.

I had a Drs. appt. today. I now have to cancel it. My ride is in Florida on vacation. I just found out 10 minutes ago that she would not be back to go to it. She had an appt. at the same DR. the same day with me, so we could go together.

SO I do not know what today will bring. Perhaps some paperwork.

It's supposed to be cold and rainy on Saturday. I don't think I'll be gardening at all much less nude.

yes it is supposed to rain here all weekend also. And for me too, the days of doing anything in the nude are well gone---if there were ever here to begin with.

Today I have already seen new photos of my granddaughters, made muffins & taken them to my cousin's house, and had a nice visit with her, her daughter & her son who were there visiting a well. Back home eating lunch, then I will be going to the Dr. for s check up with my MIL.

A full day for sure.

yes, a full one. MIL had a LOT of wax removed from her ears.
My Mom flunked her eye exam when she went to get her drivers license renewed..she is not a happy camper.

Well, as my brother told her, if you would just be hurting yourself in an accident then that would be one thing, but in an accident you could well hurt someone else. She told him she was going to get some special lenses & then go back to the DMV. Thing is many years ago a retina specialist told her no driving at night. She has ben going to see him for quite awhile since... I do not think it looks good.

Good morning....I have been busy.

This week I had grandson for a bit and then traded yesterday for GG I am glad I only have two to take care of.

I am going to read back and catch up, I pray everything has been o.k. for everyone....I woke up to it snowing yesterday, not much but enough to be discouraged.

I've been up awhile. I walked outside to check the land after our rains. Today I need to buy the weekend needs and start laundry. So my chores are set for the day.

Good afternoon, I need to go get a few groceries in a bit...fruit and veggies.

I just got in and grabbed a shower, we spent two hours outside breaking up and shoveling around snow to melt faster. DH was outside making his 'to do' list...there are always repairs to be made.

Hoping your rains didn't do much damage Tina.

No damage other than weeds reaching for the sky.
I'm still needing to get a few things. I will get them when I pick teddy up from school.

GG is not happy with me at the moment....she has been fighting about her hair being combed and fixed. So I just cut over 6 inches off it. It is now at her shoulders and tangle free.

Tangle free is nice. Learning to keep it such herself is priceless.
