I did too, buy for some reason thought of it last night & went there.
Boy has it changed.
I finally found where to adopt a pet & found one of my old ones that Had a good code on it yet & adopted it. I am hoping this will help me figure it out--like I should be doing something else to waste time..LOL

I thought I remembered my info but didn't. I even tried to change my password but the site says my email isn't associated with Webkinz.

It did that to me too..so I used Google Chrome (I prefer IE) and it we better.
I think they want everyone to use "Deluxe" (you know to pay) and even if I would be inclined to do so, I have no idea if the problems I am having would continue if I did pay to play, so I will not...sad too b/c I think I would enjoy it once again.
