Hello all, I have been outside raking snow around. DH thinks I am losing my mind but it melts twice as fast that way.

I hope it's the snow that melts and not your mind, Sunny. I kind of like it where it is right now.

Jeepers, and I was excited when it hit 39*F here yesterday.

39 works...above freezing is great.

This week is warming up. 72* today and that's the coolest. It will bein the 90's in a couple of days.

It's calling for snow here tomorrow.

It's still snowing and raining here....it is mucky out there.

It's a good 'baking day' ahead.

I baked yesterday. Today is a take the day off day. We are going to visit my daughter and her family.

More raking of snow. It probably feels like a never ending job. Kind of like vacuuming cat hair.

Tina, maybe that's why I won't allow a cat in the house.

Junie, I have no idea about exercise...it seems the more I do, the bigger I get.

I replaced the piece of siding that GB broke when he 'broke my house'. I had a hard time trying to find a replacement piece, just lucky that DH's' friend had some spare pieces laying around from an old shed. It seems that every few years the siding sizes change....I have a few small pieces now for the repair from the hail damage from many years ago. I'll tackle that next week. I am ever so happy, I have been wanting to change those few pieces forever it seems.

Exactly about siding. Back at the farm, when we made the bathroom larger, we need siding to finish the 2 new walls. The siding sold then was smaller than what the previous owners had added. But Rod had no choice and we made it work. IMO all businesses have that figured out. If you can't repair a small area the other choice is replace it all..SMH.
