Was looking at my Mr. Stripey plant which only has two tomatoes on it and found this literally dime size hole in it. Any guess on what did this? Should I pick it or leave it on there as a sacrificial tomato?

I do not know about a bird doing this.. For now, look for tomato fruit worms, slugs or Snails. For the slugs a small container with beer in it, set on the soil close to the plant, for them to round in will find them if they are the culprits.
Perhaps someone else will come along with an idea for you.

I'm pretty sure it's not a bird, I was just kidding about that. As for slugs or snails, we do have some around in the yard but I've never seen any in the raised beds. I guess I can pop open a beer and fill a small container up, but what will I do with the rest of the beer??? Hmmmmmmm

Yikes, that looks like early blight.

Not saying it isn't Blight but wouldn't I see signs of it on the plant itself, everything looks healthy?

Early blight will show more on the plant itself, late blight seems to hit the tomato itself more. It is hard to tell from just a picture but do you have brown spots on any of the leaves??

It has me stumped, it looks a little to high to be blossom end rot.
