We had that problem with our hard maples in our side yard back at the farm. The guy that planted the field finally stopped spraying the ends if that field and then our trees were ok.

Good morning.

Yay for flowers. I only got 3 blooms this year on mine. frown
Green peppers. In all the years I did plant them I had good luck one year. As a result I no longer plant them. But yes, if you have an area that works well for them you should plant them there.

Good morning.

My main daffys need to be dug up and moved around every five years to bloom nicely. In the meantime, they are starting to multiply beautifully doing this. I started with two small packages and now have them EVERYWHERE. When you dig up one bulb it will have many little ones attached to it, those are the ones I move to a new space, then in a few years they grow large enough to bloom.

4 ft wide by 10 ft long = 40 plants, I have 20 large plants plus babies from runners so it will fill this one. I removed the top two inches of sod, I'll add compost and such this week and transplant. I made this bed in between the two blueberry shrubs I moved in Fall. I'll make another bed this Fall in between the other blueberry shrubs and move the Fall babies in that one. Gardening is a never ending plan. lol
