I watched a news clip last night stating that the problem with produce is there are no bathroom facilities in the fields. People are paid by what they pick, so if you are spending all day in the fields, they are doing a dash and drop at the edge. No one is washing their hands. Then when it rains. Guess what? Yup, run off. I think I am going to be peroxiding everything I buy. 😞
