Today, I had the FIRST visitor to my Hummer Feeder. I was sitting there with my camera, saw a shadow swooping in, a blur of wings with a buzzing sound, and there he was!!!! grin

Folks, Triss' picture is a male Rufous Hummingbird, found on the West Coast but NOT in the EAST, EXCEPT for a few that Winter over in the EAST. I saw a male Rufous here in Nashville, TN one Winter about 20 years ago, but haven't seen one since.
