Bummer! Well Wal-Mart is good too although I was there last Saturday and they didn't have much fleece to choose from.

I've been so good saving my money for christmas shopping. Won't be long before I start a full blown attack on internet shopping. grin

I forgot to buy wrapping paper on clearance last year, by the time I remembered it was all sold out. The women down at the store think I'm crazy each year when I come in and buy it as soon as they put it out. lol Best thing I do is wrap and stick presents away....that way I'm not wrapping for days before Christmas. I usually have so much to wrap it takes forever, and I usually get suckered into wrapping moms stuff too. egad

I like gift bags and boxes also, especially since we can get them in packages at the dollar store.

I spend too much time wrapping. I put ribbon and bows and everything else on my gifts. James gives me a hard time because it just gets ripped off and thrown away anyways. I know that but I like them to look pretty. lol lol

I need wrapping paper! I got TONS of Avon for gifts in my order the other day.....the order total was $850 and I'd say about $175-200(retail not discount) are presents for mom, my sister, and friends. For that much money with my discount I got tons and tons of things to wrap. And no paper! That stresses me out because I'd like to get started wrapping as I get stuff so I don't have to do too much at one time.

I'm waiting on three online orders to come......I've been burning up that Christmas Club account I have. lol thumbup

I just like to shop and give so Christmas is a good holiday for me. Presents aside, the real meaning is more important but since I'm a shopper..... grin

I bought Athena a pink robe and a matching nightgown tonight and they were both 30 percent off, I had a 20 percent off one item coupon so the robe that was originally $20 was $11.20 and the nightgown was $14 on sale for $9.80. I wouldn't have bought anything but well I had a coupon and I had to go in and make a payment on moms charge card anyway. lol

Then I went in Walmart and got Athena a craft kit to make a purse and Dad a DVD.....yep shopping is coming along nice!

I need new battery operated scissors though, mine broke and I swear those things are the best things ever for cutting wrapping paper.....sounds lazy but it really stops your hand from hurting when you go thru 25 rolls. lol

You just know Faye will be saying,"I know I have wrapping paper somewhere, now where did it go?" lol

Sis-in-Law went to town Saturday, she said the dollar store had an aisle full of Christmas stuff, they were only starting to put it out when I was there last week. She said her three yr old squealed when she seen the big red stockings lol

So far I've wrapped 20 presents for mom. I think I'm done her now. lol Of course I say that now but there's still a lot of time left yet.

A list is a good start!

And I've been asking people what they want...they groan too, nobody seems to KNOW what they want.....although I have a hard time when people ask me that too. The only ones I got answers from were Athena because she's a kid and wants everything she sees lol , and Mark because he knows to tell me what he wants when I have money. lol

lolyou ask a kid what they want n they will tell ya and them some! lol

with adults im more sneaky notme grin instead of askin what they want [cause ya know your gonna get the groan n a i dont know. if you ask] just bring up a topic of their instrest and ask questions of what theyd like, or what they would like to do with their instrest thing. n get clues that way thumbup its sneaky but it works,

lol I needed a laugh Tamara! lol Glad to be an inspiration.

And Christy, what you do is really smart. Most people I don't ask I just like to surprise people. I put a lot of thought into the gifts I buy for others. I make lists of ideas before I go shopping. Although SOME people I have no clue what to get...like my in laws. lol

Yay Penny, circle those things! lol

If money grew on trees we'd all be so rich since we're all good gardeners. lol

growing up that was dads fav. saying about "if money grew on trees". lol

Before mom gets home I want to get her a new house phone for her birthday (sept 3)....the kind like I have with 2 handsets, maybe even 3...that are a set and have an intercom. So I need to find that, and I need to find somewhere that has Christmas wrapping paper...I'm itching to wrap all the presents I have and I'm outta my roll of paper. boohoo
