what is happening? are these spider mites?

not spider mites. looks like 2-3 different pests. treat with an all purpose insecticide.

I love the sweet scents wafting in the breeze. I stop to admire the vibrant colors of all living things. And people think me odd. Then ODD I am!!!

yes, more than one pest there. a multi-purpose product will be the easiest and quickest way to treat.
