That looks like a Sumac to me, though the leaves on yours are more deeply cut than I normally see.

It is in the family to sumac but the lady that gave it to me has it and it get a red color funny thing on it and when you touch it, it feel just like a monkey's hand.

Hahahaha! that's cute! Yes sumac's flowers are strange, red, cone-like, and fuzzy. I've never actually touched one (they are usually waaay up there) but now I just gotta!

OK, so they aren't actually the flowers (which are creamy). But the fruit. Anyway you appear to have a relatively new mutation of the Staghorn Sumac(Rhus typhina), called Tigers Eyes. Very cool! I have a picture but no idea how to post it (I'm new:)

Well Emerald all you have to do to put pic's up on here is go to Photobucket and get u a free acct. then load ur pic's on it then when you have them on photobucket you can put them in the forum by useing the img ling ok and Thank you
