Moses in the Cradle

I have a moses in the cradle that I am wanting to divide up to bring in the house. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't want to kill it.

Thank you very much.

I found out all about the skin irritation when I potted it. Oops...I think it should have to have a warning label on it or something, but oh well. It's beautiful.
