A Gardeners Forum Forums General Discussion Landscape trials and triumphs Water Gardens looking for spitter...

I have to find the picture - I have way too many gardening magazines/books, well, you can NEVER had TOO many, anyways, there is a pond with 2 statues I want, they are 'spitters', you know, like a fish spitting water into a pond. One was a little boy holding a garden hose - water comes out the hose, and the other was a dog holding onto a garden hose with his mouth, water coming out of the garden hose as well. I have googled, I have searched, the magazine didn't say where you can get one, etc. Anyone see these?

check az ponds and aquamart!

They have them at our local Kents hardware store.

I must also say they have some lovely ones, especially the elephant that shoots water from it's trunk then the not so lovely ones....the little boy peeing

that's why i don't have any spitters all i could find were peeing people!

Here is it, from a magazine called Backyard Solutions. I can't find any 'credits' in the magazine on where to ask questions. Aren't they cute!??

I did find the elephant one - that one is so cute!
