this is supposed to be a red sage salvia--but I have my doubts--is it???

This is a volunteer plant. It chocked out my hypernicum, which had just about frozen out. So sorry there are no flowers to show, but is it a morning glory???

Your right on both pics Carol. The first is a Red sage salvia and the second is a morning glory.
