I had no problems at all when I grew it 6 years ago.If your worried about the rain, maybe try raised bed or mound the soil higher.Just make sure it has good airflow around it.It smells good too.I was gonna buy another rose Wensday, but they we're mostly cleared out ceept form $12 roses.I would buy Belinda's dream again.I also use neem faithfully in my yard.

I read the other day in one of your posts about neem oil.I had never heard of it before.I'm gonna try it this year. I'm glad you let me know about this rose too.the pkg. says it has a strong raspberry scent. I can't wait to get it planted. does it get very big? will it work in a pot,or should i put it in the ground? flwr

You can find neem in most health food stores but the only use I know of is to use it as a pore reducer. It destroys black heads. If there is another use I would love to know.

I grew Belinda's dream in ground.I find large container's work best for roses, but have to watch for ants getting into them, but if set on blocks is less of a problem.

I'll start a new post for Neem oil.
