so, some of you may remember my post about the cat that would not get off of me.

and a closer pic of the calico heating pad

since i've been sick (but felling a little better) the cat has taken up residence sleeping on my shoulder. the good news it is the bad shoulder that must not ever get cold or i can't move my arm for days... so, we've reached a compromise. lol lol

her "offical" name is baxter (long story) but we usually just call her cat. sometimes either brat cat or h*ll cat. once in a while other choice names. but mostly just cat.

matthew brought her home as a "throwaway" kitten, no bigger than my fist, with the understanding that he would find a home before she needed spayed. yeah right rolz but i've gotten attached to her, and she obviously loves me (i'm HER person). she won't let anyone pick her up, or cuddle her except me, unless i'm nowhere to be found.

one marking you couldn't see, which is my favorite, looks like someone took a serving spoon, ran the back in peanut butter and wiped in on her side. i'll try for that pic later.

Oh, she's sooooooooo cute! I love calico kitties! They are always females, did you know that? I had a calico kitty when I was a child and she had a caramel cream marking on her. I love the peanut butter fudge smudge on yours.
