prayers of thanksgiving for all my friends here. ellie is getting better, matthew is on the mend, scott is 100% from his surgery, and me, well, i'm here! thank you for your prayers.

Yesterday was Tristen's dr. appt. to check his hearing. Everything went fine and there is no problem. The school gave me some paperwork to give to the dr. and he took one look at it and said....I can't believe they even sent you here for this. He told me that if you can hear at 20 decibels or less it is normal hearing. The ones that they said Tristen had problems with he was hearing them at 20 decibels and the dr. said that is perfectly normal and there is absolutely nothing to worry about!! I was very happy! Since we were there already they did the tests anyways and they also showed there was no problem. I feel like the school sent me on a wild goose chase.

Jessica I agree with tamara. At least now you KNOW where you are at with your son's hearing. I think it was good for your peace of mind to have had the hearing tests.

I totally agree! I would never think of not going because I would always wonder and Tristen's health always comes first!! Thanks for all the prayers!

This is for Merme, she was admitted to the hospital with chest pain - they are giving her painkillers and is doing okay so far but could all use our prayers for her relief from the pain and that the docs find the cause and fix it for her...
Kenny you are in my prayers too- you are never alone with all of us here .. lots of support when you need it.... and my prayers for all our family here including the silent request...

Hi all,
Update on Merme... she is doing better..will be going to the rehab hosptial in a few days as long as she keeps it up- so our prayers are working !

I forgot to post the other day but I've been praying for Merme, I'm glad we got an update on her.

I too am continuing to pray for Merme, Kenny and for anyone else in need--

if y'all will pray for my daughter ellie, she's in the hospital suddenly, her meds quit working so she's in for a medication adjustment.
