OK, so it is just soooooo hard to figure out what to get for FIL for Christmas. I mean, the man has just about anything you can think of and he is the worst at keeping things organized, so he looses things constantly....or ends up breaking stuff. So, this year we are getting him and MIL a digital photo frame and I'm going to load up a memory card full of pictures. I'm going to go through the baby book from when Stephen and his brother were babies and scan some nice pictures and load them onto the card as well as wedding pics for Stephen and me and of his brother and his wife and then pictures of the 2 grand daughters. Can you think of any other types of pictures I should include???

different holidays
does he hunt? hunting pics
whatever his hobby is, if there are pics of him doing that
pics of him and mil
can you get ahold of any of their family pics?

Adding those things to the list of pictures to find. I did see some pictures of FIL with dead animals around here somewhere...

he'll like that. and if you can get pics of him with the grandbabies.

perhaps his in-laws & his kids as the grew up??/--or better yet him 7 his wife as the grew up---??

We don't have many picture of him and Darnyl while they were growing up. I think all of the pictures of her are down in Altoona somewhere in the grandparents house and I wouldn't know the first place to look for those nor do I have anyone who could find them. He grew up extremely poor and I know there weren't many pictures taken of him while he was young....but I will look around and see what I can find. It was a very good idea.

Jenn: I am sure he/they would appreciate any pictures you could find, esp. if there were not many taken !! It is an extremely good idea. My mom & dad have so very many pics of themselves--i wish there were a way for me to find some of them--
