A friend of mine visited me this past weekend,, She gifted me with a watch that she handmade the band for it. IT is called male-chain,, She has many designs( patterns she uses,, But this particular pattern she made up as she went along.. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the clasping,, It's a 'T' that I loop thru a Ring,, this band is loose like a bracelet would be,, I love it!!
She also does bead work in the form of Traditional American Indian Beading,, She makes herself and Family earrings, and necklaces, and Bracelets made of Sterling Silver, turquoise. mother of pearl, eye of tiger,White buffalo, and many many more beautiful stones, she designs and cast and finishes her own sterling silver settings for everything she needs for stones,, Her son does Wire wrapping with Authentic American Indian designs,, following Customs taught by her Elders,,

And this is a collar she made my Pup Emmy made of sterling silver beads, Turqouise, mother of pearl, and Clear Blue chrystal beads,, Bringing Emmy " Good Health, Long and Happy Life, Protection By the sky and all that is above it",,

Nope I couldn't say what stones they are I'll never remember all the names she ran past me ,, She brought many pieces of her work to show me,, Absolutely Stunning!!!! Her attention to detail is over the top !!,, IT is a rare occasion she makes anything for anyone outside her immediate family so I am honored she took time for me AND Emmy, I will always Charish these pieces She made

i like it. i was looking at chain mail or chain maille online because i've always been interested in it, but if you've ever seen the garments made out of it, they are HEAVY! but so very cool!!!
