Anyone out there own one of these? I had asked for advice a few months ago and all the information we found stated that it was an easy plant to grow. The root of mine looks rotted at the top and the leaves died out. The bottom looks healthy. Any suggestions?

Here is my buddha. The second picture is a close-up of the top. It is dried up and looks rotten now. I have seen no evidence of bugs.

Oh, I see it now.

Is the top of it dried or mushy?
