I like #2, the daisy with the bee on it. I think I'll make that my new wallpaper.

Thanks Rachel... How big is your screen? I resized the photos a LOT. The original photo was 2816 x 2112 and the one here is 640x480 I could send you a bigger one for your screen grin

I really like 9, you've captured the tiniest detail! I just noticed...you can even see the pollen sac on the bee's knee in 9!

I agree with Kenny. It feels like I am getting ready to get stung by the bee. I am there. I like #9, OK I have to run before the bee stings me,

I like #7. There are a lot of photos with bees but not so many with spiders.

1, 7, 9

1 for the flower color as well as how it's centered in the shot. absolutely perfect shot of a perfect flower. doesn't quite have pizzazz, though, when you're talking about a contest. it's just the normal kind of shot that people take

7 and 9 both have the added interest of the insect - plus, that detail is phenominal and that'll be a big plus in a contest. both grab you with that extra added buggy. (whodda thunk bugs would ever be good for anything!)

i like 9 better because it's a bit more close-up. the wings on the bee look great and the pollen on the petals. that's perfect! the bee isn't lit quite as well as it could be and that could detract in a contest.

so, then, that leaves 7 - too bad that one isn't as close-up as the one with the bee. it's a nice shot - i don't know if it would be a winner though.

i'd go with 9. it really does grab ya. good luck!

5 and 8 for me.....I think 5 is interesting with the close up and the framing of it....and I like 8 because it's kind of faded and blurred at the edge a little but the flowers look like you could reach out and touch the velvety petals......

Which one do YOU like the best Hadeda?

Hmmm which one is my favorite?

I guess 2 would be it... since it has 2 critters on two different flowers... the bee on the front and the blurred catapillar on another flower in the background

I like # 6 and it is a perfect picture of a flower

# 7 because it is a gret photo of both the spider AND the flower
