Filling=
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. flour
1/4 TSP. nutmeg
1/4 TSP. Cinnamon
6 C. thinly sliced tart apples -
(6med.)
2 TBLSP. butter or margarine
1/4 C. milk (to brush on top of-pie
9inch unbaked pie shell.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F Sift sugar, Flour, nutmeg, & cinnamon together. Mix with apples. Turn into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top crust, Flute edges and vent top/ Brush top crust with milk for a golden color. Bake for 40-50 minutes, Until juice bubble through slits. (May need to cover the edges of pie crust with foil from browning to much.) But uncover it about 15 minutes before the baking time is up.
OMG THIS PIE GOS SOGOOD WITH VANILLA ICECREAM! I prefer to eat mine hot that way the ice cream has melted over everything, now im started on icecream but cant have any, lol wheres my stevia
