wow great postcard! i think their probably elephany ears because all the cladiums i have ever seen are multicolored! My old town in florida is the cladium capitol i think! we have a cladium festival there everyyear! but theres no cladiums there just crafts and stuff, but then people can pay to go up in a helicopter and go all over the cladium feilds! its truley amazing!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed! I just googled EEs and they are in the Caladium family. Your Caladium festival sounds neat! I don't think though that I would ride in the heli to view the Caladium fields. What town in Florida does the Caladium Fest take place and when?

I think these old postcards are so cool. I'm going to dig in my collection and see what else I can come up with. That's if yall are interested. Stay tuned!

yes were interested i owuld love to see more!!! the cladium festival is held in lake placid florida the town i think was founded by the who invented the dewi decimal system its also called the town of murals because there are murals every where i think the festival i sheld sometime in november... i could be wrong but ill ask my grandma she live over there...

I just "googled" your town, very interesting. May put this town on my list of "must sees". I will be planning a trip to Florida and will go some time in April. Need to see if Lake Placid is close by.
