Well she kept telling me I wouldn't like it, so I was worried.... lol

But I think it's beautiful, reminds me of a showroom from a furniture store. It's made inside of special flexsteel and it's really comfy. And the tables are beautiful and big....and they just bought the rug that's under the coffeetable.

I :ding: it, and told mom that I'd post some pics for her because I knew Tamara wanted to see it all.

Just previewed the pics, see the orb in the top one? nervous Maybe it's a spirit! lol Actually when we first moved over here my very skeptical dad saw a ghost in the living room......he was talking to the great grandaughter of the man that built the house and he described the man he saw to her....she got out a pic of her great grandad and sure enough it was the man my dad had seen. Down to the hat and cravat and everything.

Yeah I think it did....dad was a nonbeliever in ghosts, but now he's not! lol

It is really good quality furniture......I'm impressed with it.......plus before mom just had a couch and matching chair and dad had his recliner. Now with the loveseat in there it's extra seating.

lol I'll nap on it for ya Cindy. lol

When mom told me it was patterened I thought it would be ugly, but the pattern is nice and the colors are neutral and it looks really nice and traditional--which is what their house is......

It came with the pillows and even has matching arm covers to protect the arms.....

The furniture goes well with the style of their house. thumbup It's cozy without being stuffy or too traditional or modern.

It's not really chenille, but it's very soft.

I just emailed the link to my brother and he said that he had orbs in pics from his new house. nervous lol

Thanks guys for all your nice comments, I love it too, I just have to get some really nice pictures to go on the walls that match, so I'am going to wait till I go to Kirklands in April and have a look what they have. We are doing the landing upstairs right now. Marky has just put dry wall up on the ceiling, and then he will put the crown moulding. We just bought some more wallpaper, it's called anaglipta, Its white embossed, so I will be painting over it. I must admit I will be glad when Its all done, but there is always something I can find to do in this house. I guess next will be the bedrooms, starting with mine, o well a womens work is never done. kissie wavy
