Okay heres something for yall!

Went to my grandmas and i was watering and i seen that this flower that she had was blooming ivee never seen something like it.. It was behind somebushes outside and she said she had it inside but she didnt have no more room for it inside and she said if you want it you can have it I SAID SURE OF COURSE I CANT TURN DOWN A FREE PLANT!!

Well anywho, here is the pics it smells heavenly kinda lemony!

BUT I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT! WHAT TO FEED IT? AND IF I NEED TO REPOT IT BECAUSE I WAS CHECKING THE DIRT TAKING DEBRIS OUT AND I SAW THE ROOTS, BUT THERE'S MORE ROOM SO EITHER I WAS THINKING REPOT IT OR JUST PUT SOME MORE SOIL ON TOP? AND WHAT KIND OF BUG SPRAY TO USE ON IT BECAUSE IT DID HAVE BUGS AND SNAILS ON IT I PICKED MOST OF THEM OFF.. I KNOW IM MOSTLY ORGANIC BUT I DON'T WANT TO TRY ANY OF THOSE RECIPES ON THIS ONE SEEING HOW THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I GOT... BUT IF ANY OF YOU CAN HELP ID APPRECIATE IT!!! I DO KNOW IT LIKES SHADE!

by looking at the leaves i thought its related to the hosta?
maybe its a type of orchid?


now this leave is brown and dead do I just cut it off if so do it cut it close down by the soil or further up?




Oh and this is the plant that i also got today from my gramma its a mexican heather! lol i spelled it wrong.....

Oh and the spent blooms it looks like their turning into seeds, i want to harvest a couple seeds formyself and my grandma but the rest i can send some but first i need to know if i go ahead and let it make seeds now will the plant die or stop flowering?

I have some mexican heather planted outside. I don't do anything special to it.

wow thanks you! bunches!!! now what do u suggest witht hat leaf that has brown just cut it off? also then would those wouldnt make seeds if their a bulbus plant would they??

i cut off the dead leaf i put some paper towl around it though so it wont get any diseas though... could i like put alcohol on where i cut it?

The Brown leaf is an indication that it is a disease, even if you cut it, if you dont spray or water the plant with fungicide and bacteriacide it will affect your plant's condition. PLEASE do not put achohol since its very concentrated you can put fungicide and bacteriacide powder on where you cut it but as told you its useless until to treat the whole plant.
