Good afternoon all
I have a schefflera plant that is growing really nice but not bushy enough.How can I make it not so tall and bushier.Can I do this now or do I have to wait for spring.

You have to cut it back...seems harsh but trust me it works. Then you can use a rooting hormone powder on the piece you cut and replant it back in the soil to produce another plant.
