I'm here for a minute. My coffee is finished now so I'm getting ready to clean this nasty house. We are rough on the house on the weekends. I always have my work cut out for me on Monday. I'll be checking in while I clean.

Yea I know about weekends & houses, Rachel. Today I am making up a "list" of what I want done to the house--then Rod will help me do a bit each night until we have it all done. (probably just need to start over when we get done-- )

That's the truth. As soon as it's done it's time to start all over again. I have that problem bad with laudry. I don't know how 3 people can dirty so much. I do atleast 10-12 loads a week not counting stripping the beds.

yep me too and I also want to know how we dirty the rugs so often---I take my shoes off in the house, & all. But at least I only have the one bed to strip 'most' of the time. MY big issue is Towels---it seems they multiply over night

Good Morning Belinda-- and we are gone pretty much all weekend too, but I think that is the problem--at least here--because we are in & out so much we just do what needs to be & so as a result nothing is picked up properly between 'exits".

That is our problem exactly. We'll go shopping, come in and set our stuff down then go right back out to do something else. Our kitchen ends up a catch all for everything.

I am off and running on another very busy week. I do wish I didn't need to change my name. What a hassle that has grown into. I remember going into DMV and raising my right hand and swearing that this is the name I use. Then it was a done deal. Now I need documents And those will take up to two weeks to arrive. I just got a brand-spanking new passport and need to do that as well. Then after that there are banks and social security and school stuff and so-on-and-so-on...... All of the changes are due to homeland security stuff and identity theft issues and they keep us safer, I guess. But there sure is a lot of work involved.

Hi all, It's been a busy morning already- too the boys to school- go the other two here, made french toast for them- whole loaf of bread- even hubby ate some... rest will go in freezer for later... made that and they asked for waffles- never win- they only want what I don't have handy.
Sun is out today but not very warm- but it is melting some of the snow- good think I cleared the driveway yesterday.. it would have been a sheet of ice today for sure..hubby is doing the deck now.. guess the mtns got it really bad yesterday... a trucker fell asleep and hit a bridge- knocked a support off of it but they say it is safe to go under - but no traffic on it.. what a mess for the people that commute down here from the mtn towns...
Got more laundry going- hope to go see Mom this afternoon after kids go home- depends on how hubby feels- sure glad he finally agreed to go to doc about his back now just have to wait for appt time...
Well off to change the loads and get another started- nana
OK, I am officially (almost) done. We are chowing down on more leftover lasagna. I'm glad I made plenty. I still need to go out and feed and bed down my foster dogs. I have missed taking them out for a run through the fields lately. I have run around all different directions all over town. And in between was on the phone doing phone things and planning the next order of business. Tomorrow is doctor's appointments. And home nurse visits. And another home visit of some kind. John is getting tired of all of these people tromping through the house. (so am I)

Rachel, I watched it tonight--I love that show....but sometimes the people are SO greedy and are so convinced that they have the $1 mil in their case. And I'm screaming at the TV, TAKE THE DEAL!
well I got to get this kid to bed just in case it doesn't snow (yeah like we have just had a ton of snow) so off to be because tomorrow is a school day
