I went out and bough a bag of dahlia tubers, and when I opened them, I couldn't find the eyes on any of them except for one (which was a white nub) should I be worried? I want to start them inside and take cutting from them. Anyone have experience from tubers? I know most gardeners like to start them from seeds unless they're looking for named cultivars.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee
