How many does that make for you now Tina?? I got our new Webkinz today. I was going to wait to have Tristen adopt his but I will probably end up giving it to him right away.
Tristen adopted his new pet tonight which is a black lab and I adopted the LK elephant. Tristen had no idea that I got these new ones so he was super excited!! I think he spent all of the money that he got already.
laughing at the webkinz this morning, i tossed the frog into the pool to boost his health meter and he gets out, saying, "i was swimming just like a fish!"
Thanks Tina! He will be happy with that! He spends the money just as fast as I can get it! The other day I was telling him to quit buying and stuff and James said...why does it matter? I said...you can sit all night and try to make him more money then. All he said was...oh!
Actually, If he kind of runs out of money, it might be a better lesson for him. Getting prepared for real life stuff. Next time I'll send the sell-ables to you and you can decide what he needs.

I think it is good too Tina! I was actually telling his grandma about it yesterday and even she said that it is a good life lesson for him. You can send the sellables to him too Tina. It is not a big deal. He really enjoys being able to buy stuff and I am alright with it.
It is a fun age. He hasn't even had his Webkinz for a week but it is amazing how much he has figured out in there already. One thing that I have noticed is that at first he would go try and buy things and ask me why he couldn't buy it. I would have to tell him that it said that he didn't have enough money. Now he looks at how much money he has and then how much whatever he wants costs and will say....hey mom I can buy this or I don't have enough money for this. I thought that was neat!!
That is very good. He is learning money values. He will end up being able to read some key words pretty soon. Ones that pop up all of the time. I think it is a wonderful, safe learning tool.

Jiffy if you have a stove or sandwich maker or blender, when you click on them a box pops up. You can drag 3 foods to it and 'cook' them up. I have pages and pages of real recipes printed out.
