I unveiled all my row tunnels yesterday as we are to have a period of rather warm weather.

This is mache or corn salad. It's used as a cold weather salad green.

At the near end of the bed is red kale, then green kale. The rest of the row is spinach.

Here are the onions I seeded in early August of last year. Also some lettuce.
Not all onions can be grown this way successfully. Some will shoot to
seed after overwintering. These onions are Walla-walla, Olympic and Ailsa Craig.
growing them this way produces bigger, sweeter onions.
