My bluebirds had been checking out the nest box for a few weeks now, but this morning when I opened the blinds the first thing I saw was a male Eastern bluebird with nesting materials in his mouth!! So, before I even had breakfast, I had to go outside and move the bird house from the wooden clothesline pole to the metal post I had put up for them.

you're lucky to have bluebirds. We usually just get some kind of house sparrow that divebombs you when you get near the nesting box! haha
